This prestigious programme supports innovative European SMEs in exploring new global markets through market feasibility projects. For us, it marks another major step in our international journey — and this time, we’re heading to Australia.

Tackling Invasive Weeds with AI in Australia

Our project will focus on the detection of Chilean needle grass as part of a broader effort to support mine site recultivation. This invasive weed presents significant challenges to land rehabilitation efforts across Australia.

In collaboration with our local partner Stuart Foulcher, we’ll apply Proofminder’s AI-powered remote sensing technology to identify and monitor this damaging species with high accuracy — supporting more effective, data-driven restoration of degraded lands.

Scaling Innovation, Supporting Regeneration

This project is more than just a feasibility study — it’s a milestone in our mission to bring sustainable, AI-driven solutions to where they’re needed most. By applying our crop-level monitoring platform beyond traditional agriculture, we’re proving the versatility and real-world impact of our technology in land regeneration and environmental resilience.
